- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had an appointment and waited an hour (in the lobby). There is a reason people make appointments. The receptionist was more concerned about giggling on the tele with her hubby and was "annoyed" when I went to the window. Told me I was next.. waited another 15 minutes before I walked out, went home and changed my PCP. I have never had a problem with being seen when I made an appointment before, however, today this really bothered me. The receptionists made that choice easy for me today.
